Before You Ask

What is the payment schedule for the International Padel Tournament?

A 20% deposit secures your spot at booking. The remaining balance is due 2 months before the tournament (20–22 November 2026).

Do I need a padel partner to register?

No — Padel & Go can pair you with a partner for a €15 supplement, subject to availability closer to the date.

Can I register for a second category?

Yes. Registering for a second category costs a €25 supplement, subject to bracket space.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 45 days before the tournament for a 100% refund, 15–45 days before for a 70% refund, or under 15 days before for no refund.

What's not included in the tournament packs?

Flights, airport transfers, tourist tax (about €2.50 per person at the hotel), local transportation, personal expenses, and the single room supplement are not included in any pack.

What happens if it rains during the tournament?

Nothing changes — all matches are played indoors, under one roof, so the tournament runs rain or shine.

How do I get from Barcelona–El Prat airport to the venue?

The venue, PROPADEL Gavà (Carrer Progrés 52, 08850 Gavà), is 10 minutes from Barcelona–El Prat airport, so a taxi or rideshare is quick and simple. Airport transfers are not included in any pack; free on-site parking is available if you're driving in.

What's the difference between the Base and Camp packs?

Base packs (3★/4★) include tournament entry, hotel and guaranteed matches. Camp packs add 2 extra hotel nights plus pre-tournament training — 3 hours with OSS BCN, and 90-minute sessions on Thursday and Friday morning.

How do the raffles work?

Every registered player is automatically entered into both raffles — a padel training camp in Lloret de Mar (Padel & Go) and one in Castelldefels (OSS Barcelona). You can also add extra entries for €5 each — just let us know when you reserve your spot.
