Our Lloret de Mar venue has 6 courts, which comfortably handles groups of up to 24 people playing simultaneously in a structured rotation. Bigger groups aren't a problem — they just run in a different format, with more time slots or staggered sessions, so the whole company can still be involved rather than splitting the day into separate events.
